What counts as a remediation?
Each individual file permission removed or downgraded counts as one remediation. Bulk Fix All actions count toward the monthly total on the Starter plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Email billing@clearvew.io and we'll handle downgrades within one business day.
What is Domain-Wide Delegation?
DWD lets Clearvew scan every user's My Drive in your domain — not just Shared Drives. It requires a Google service account configured in your Admin console.
Do you offer annual billing?

Is my data safe?
Clearvew uses read-only OAuth 2.0 scopes to scan your Drive. We never store file contents — only metadata (names, sharing settings, owners). SOC 2 audit in progress.
